Robert E. Graham
Robert E. Graham
Robert Graham is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he leads deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and capital raises for various acquisitions.
He is also an investor in multiple companies in the lower-middle market and is the CEO of Pillar Health Group, a healthcare company he founded. During Robert’s tenure as CEO, Pillar Health Group grew annual revenue from $6M to $130M in a little over six years and today employs over 1,500 team members.
As an acquisition entrepreneur, Robert has been honored to be invited to speak at Harvard, MIT, The University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and Indiana University, among others.
Previously, Robert was Vice President at The Sterling Group. At Sterling, Robert worked on multiple acquisitions and helped lead the roll-up of Construction Supply Group, the second-largest distributor of specialty construction supplies in the US.
He also served on the board of Specified Air Solutions, a $150M diversified manufacturer of HVAC equipment. Prior to Sterling, Robert was a Product Line Manager for two product lines at Eaton Corporation, a role in which he had P&L responsibility for a $50M business unit. He is currently a member of the Dallas chapter of YPO.
Robert received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, and was an Eagle Scout.


Aaron N. Blick
Aaron N. Blick
Aaron Blick is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he leads deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and capital raises for various acquisitions.
Aaron Blick is also the President of Pillar Health Group, a healthcare company he founded. He has over 15 years of professional management experience and a business development background in multiple healthcare industry spaces.
As a partner, principal, developer and entrepreneur, Aaron has successfully started, acquired, expanded and sold over 12 companies in the healthcare industry. Aaron currently owns and operates a chain of physical therapy clinics spread across major metropolitan areas in Texas and Louisiana.
Aaron received an MA from Fuller and a BA from Texas A&M University.


John Petracco
John Petracco
John Petracco is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, analysis of acquisition opportunities, negotiations, marketing, and client relations.
Previously, he worked as SVP of Business Development & Sales at Delta Agriculture Partners, a sustainability company with initiatives in biodegradable plastics, biodegradable cardboard substitutes, and carbon sequestration efforts.
Prior to Delta Ag, he worked at Pony Oil in Acquisitions and Divestitures where he bought, built, and sold land-based production units to oil & gas companies. He started his career with UBS Financial Services as a registered client service associate assisting in wealth management, strategy, and trade execution.
John received a BS in Business Administration and Management in the Business Honors Program from Florida SouthWestern State College.


Eddy J. Realegeno
Eddy J. Realegeno
Eddy Realegeno serves as Chief Marketing Officer at SIG Partners, leading marketing, technology, and AI across the firm and its portfolio companies. He designs scalable marketing, sales, and revenue systems that drive sustainable growth.
A global executive and founder with multiple exits, Eddy's career spans investment banking, family office, service businesses, and deep technology. He has built and led teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, partnering with organizations from early stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. His work has taken companies from seven figure to nine figure revenue through disciplined brand building, data driven growth strategy, and operational execution.
He’s partnered with a wide range of leading brands, builders, and creators across diverse sectors, including 30+ B2B businesses, finance (e.g., Generational, Transworld, Coinbase), consumer goods and services (e.g., Coca-Cola, Estee Lauder, GameStop, Timex, Louis Moinet, Clinique), music and entertainment (e.g., Warner Bros., HBO, DC Comics), technology (e.g., Atari, Unity), and deep tech in Europe/Asia (e.g., Status, Keycard, Nimbus, Codex, Waku, Nomos, and Vac).
Eddy graduated from Hobson Wildenthal Honors College at The University of Texas at Dallas with a BS in Finance.


Jonathan Bounds
Jonathan Bounds
Jonathan Bounds is an Operating Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on operational excellence and value creation, supporting the various companies within SIG’s portfolio.
Most recently, Jonathan spearheaded business development and crafted a regional strategy for a newly acquired business unit at ABB Ltd.
Before that, he dedicated 12 years to Eaton Corporation, where he led strategic sales and marketing initiatives across a multi-state territory, driving growth in a $187 million portfolio.
Jonathan received an MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
With a commitment to mentorship, Jonathan actively serves as a member of the Undergraduate Advisory Council of Texas A&M University’s Industrial Distribution program.


Andrew Baughn
Andrew Baughn
Andrew Baughn is an Associate on the Investment Team at SIG Partners (SIG) where he supports entrepreneurs with due diligence and deal execution.
Previously, Andrew worked as a Project Manager for clients at Third Bridge, assisting them with market research. He directly worked with a Boston-based firm with approximately $5B AUM on their research into potential investments. He also worked as an Investment Banking Intern at CEA Group, where he assisted with deals across various industries. Prior to this internship, he worked as a search fund intern for MODE Growth Partners.
Andrew graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Finance, where he also played for the Washington State Cougars baseball team. He pitched in over 50 games during his final two years with the team.


Bautista Williams

Bautista Williams is a Business Development Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, analysis of acquisition opportunities and deal qualification activities.
Previously, he worked as Sales Development Representative at Best American Storage where he was responsible for promoting investment opportunities, developing and delivering project reports.
Prior to that, Bautista was an Account Manager at Lowell's Biergarten where he led the expansion of commercial relationships, negotiated strategic agreements and identified new business opportunities.
Bautista received a BS in Business Administration from St Andrews University.


Lane Davis
Lane Davis
Lane Davis is a Business Development Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, acquisition analysis, negotiations, and client relations.
Previously, Lane was a Analyst at Stewardship Partners, where he focused on acquiring businesses in the software and business services verticals. He sourced investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and engaged with business owners on potential exit strategies.
Prior to Stewardship Partners, Lane interned at Sundvold Capital where he conducted market research, analyzed investment trends, and advised potential investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
Lane earned a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business. Outside the office, Lane is an avid golfer and loves the outdoors.


Alex Perez
Alex Perez
Alex Perez is a Business Development Analyst at SIG Partners (SIG) where she focuses on deal sourcing, acquisition analysis, negotiations, and client relations.
Previously, Alex worked as a Senior Business Development Representative for Star Dental Partners, a dental support organization. She spent over three years identifying and engaging founder-led dental practices. There, she specialized in practice acquisitions, built strong relationships with doctors, and helped guide dental owners through complex transition planning. Her work supported practice owners and directly contributed to pipeline growth.
Alex earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas at Dallas.


Kate Yurosek
Kate Yurosek
Kate Yurosek is a Business Development Analyst at SIG Partners (SIG) where she focuses on deal sourcing, deal-qualification, and client relations.
Before joining SIG, Kate worked at Third Bridge as a Senior Associate, supporting consulting firms on due diligences. In this role, she sourced subject matter experts and supported market research across various industries.
Kate graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Biology and a BS in Psychology.


Reese Webb
Reese Webb
Reese Webb is a Business Development Analyst at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, deal qualification, and client relations.
Previously, Reese was an Analyst at Prospere Companies, where he was a key member of the growth team. In this role, he drove strategic buyer engagement, managed outreach campaigns, and supported database and relationship development for M&A opportunities. Prior to Prospere Companies, he was an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance.
Reese received an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Avery Short
Avery Short
Avery Short is a Business Development Analyst at SIG Partners (SIG), where he focuses on deal sourcing, deal qualification, and client relations.Before joining SIG, Avery worked at Prospere Companies as a Business Development Representative.
In this role, he managed inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, conducted targeted cold outreach, and maintained consistent follow-up with prospective sellers and buyers. He also supported deal flow by tracking opportunities and distributing buyer blasts for new and existing business listings to enhance market exposure and drive engagement.
Avery graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Sports Management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, playing golf, and relaxing with his dogs.


Camryn Rogers
Camryn Rogers
Camryn Rogers is the Executive Assistant at SIG Partners (SIG) where she provides high-level administrative and operational support to the firm’s executive team.
Previously, Camryn spent four years in education, teaching 2nd-grade and 5th-grade math and science. During this time, she led logistics for multi-attendee events and optimized communication workflows, helping ensure seamless daily operations in a dynamic environment.
Camryn earned her BS in Education from Texas A&M University.

Andy Arguelles
Andy Arguelles
Andy Arguelles is a GTM Engineer at SIG Partners (SIG), where he builds the outbound systems, data infrastructure, and go-to-market processes that support deal sourcing, pipeline generation, and business acquisitions.
Prior to SIG, Andy built his career across federal sales, consulting, and program management before moving into outbound lead generation and business development in the commercial services space. There, he sourced and qualified opportunities through cold calling and strategic email campaigns, managed prospect databases and contact validation, and built the cold email infrastructure and multi-step outreach sequences that drove pipeline generation.
Andy enjoys enduro riding, camping, visiting state parks, and good coffee.

Brian Lewis
Brian Lewis
Brian Lewis is an Associate on the Investment Team at SIG Partners (SIG) where he supports business owners with due diligence and deal execution.
Previously, Brian worked at J.P. Morgan in their Media & Communications group where he supported the $110B sale of Warner Bros. Discovery to Paramount Skydance. Prior to, Brian spent time at RBC Capital Markets in their Financial Institutions group, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions in the banks space.
Additionally, he did early-stage healthcare investing at Stone Mountain Ventures, where he sourced and backed companies that have since been funded by top-tier investors, most notably Grow Therapy (Sequoia Capital) and Blooming Health (Insight Partners). Earlier in his career, Brian worked at the U.S. Embassy in London for Ambassador Jane D. Hartley.
Outside the office, he enjoys traveling (20+ countries across 6 continents) and listening to Rüfüs Du Sol. Brian graduated with Business Honors from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
