JORDAN P. CARTER - Founding Partner

Jordan Carter is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he advises entrepreneurs and independent sponsors on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and capital raises.

He is an investor in multiple private equity and search-sourced companies in the lower-middle market. Jordan is also the CEO of B&A Group, a professional grant services and software company he acquired through a self-funded search. Jordan previously worked with the former Secretary of the U.S. Navy, John F. Lehman, to acquire and build aerospace, defense, government services, and technology companies.

Prior roles include Advisor to the CEO, Portfolio Company Operations at Centerbridge Partners, Investor at J.F. Lehman & Company, and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Centerview Partners.

Jordan received an MBA from Wharton Business School and a BS in Economics and BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

He serves on the SMU Cox Alternative Asset Management Center (AAMC) Advisory Board and the SMU Cox Alumni Board. Jordan serves as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.


Robert E. Graham - Founding Partner

Robert Graham is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he advises entrepreneurs and independent sponsors on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and capital raises.

He is also an investor in multiple other PE and search deals in the lower-middle market and is the CEO of Pillar Health Group, a group of healthcare companies acquired through a self-funded search. During Robert’s tenure as CEO, Pillar Health Group grew annual revenue from $6M to $60M in a little over four years and today employs over 1,500 team members.

As an acquisition entrepreneur, Robert has been honored to be invited to speak at Harvard, MIT, The University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and Indiana University, among others.

Previously, Robert was Vice President at The Sterling Group. At Sterling, Robert worked on multiple acquisitions and helped lead the roll-up of Construction Supply Group, the second-largest distributor of specialty construction supplies in the US. He also served on the board of Specified Air Solutions, a $150M diversified manufacturer of HVAC equipment. Prior to Sterling, Robert was a Product Line Manager for two product lines at Eaton Corporation, a role in which he had P&L responsibility for a $50M business unit.

He is currently a member of the Dallas chapter of YPO. Robert received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, and was an Eagle Scout.


Aaron N. Blick - Founding Partner

Aaron Blick is a Founding Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he advises entrepreneurs and independent sponsors on deal sourcing, due diligence, capital raises, and operations.

Aaron Blick is also the President of Pillar Health Group, a group of healthcare companies acquired through a self-funded search. He also manages Pegasus, a family office with investments in multiple private companies and search funds. He has over 10 years of professional management experience and a business development background in multiple healthcare industry spaces.

As a partner, principal, developer and entrepreneur, Aaron has successfully started, acquired, expanded and sold over 12 companies in the healthcare industry. Aaron currently owns and operates a chain of physical therapy clinics spread across major metropolitan areas in Texas and Louisiana.

Aaron received an MA from Fuller and a BA from Texas A&M University.


Jonathan Bounds - Operating Partner

Jonathan Bounds is an Operating Partner at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on operational excellence and value creation, supporting the various companies within SIG’s portfolio. 

Most recently, Jonathan spearheaded business development and crafted a regional strategy for a newly acquired business unit at ABB Ltd. 

Before that, he dedicated 12 years to Eaton Corporation, where he led strategic sales and marketing initiatives across a multi-state territory, driving growth in a $187 million portfolio.

Jonathan received an MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. 

With a commitment to mentorship, Jonathan actively serves as a member of the Undergraduate Advisory Council of Texas A&M University’s Industrial Distribution program. 


JOHN PETRACCO - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS Development

John Petracco is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, analysis of acquisition opportunities, negotiations, marketing, and client relations.

Previously, he worked as SVP of Business Development & Sales at Delta Agriculture Partners, a private equity backed sustainability company with initiatives in biodegradable plastics, biodegradable cardboard substitutes, and carbon sequestration efforts.

Prior to Delta Ag, he worked at Pony Oil in Acquisitions and Divestitures where he bought, built, and sold land-based production units to oil & gas companies. He started his career with UBS Financial Services as a registered client service associate assisting in wealth management, strategy, and trade execution.

John received a BS in Business Administration and Management in the Business Honors Program from Edison State College.


YURI T. HARDIN - SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Yuri Hardin is an Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he supports entrepreneurs on deal sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution.

Yuri was previously an Associate at GenRock Capital Management, where he played a key role in founding and building Early Foundations Childcare, a leading provider of premium private early education across the US. His role primarily involved evaluating opportunities, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Yuri was an Investment Analyst at Hartford Investment Management Company (HIMCO), which annually deployed $1B across multiple strategies, including equity co-investments, senior debt investments, and capital commitments. He actively invested across all three strategies, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and monitoring portfolio investments.

He earned a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he was also an active member of the Division II ice hockey team. Yuri is an Eagle Scout and speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian.


ANDREW BAUGHN - ASSOCIATE

Andrew Baughn is an Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he supports entrepreneurs on deal sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution.

Previously, Andrew worked as a Project Manager for Private Equity clients at Third Bridge, assisting private equity firms with market research. He directly worked with a Boston-based firm with approximately $5B AUM on their research into potential investments. He also worked as an Investment Banking Intern at CEA Group, where he assisted with deals across various industries. Prior to this internship, he worked as a search fund intern for MODE Growth Partners.

Andrew graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Finance, where he also played for the Washington State Cougars baseball team. He pitched in over 50 games during his final two years with the team.


Bautista williams - BUSINESS Development associate

Bautista Williams is a Business Development Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, analysis of acquisition opportunities and deal qualification activities.

Previously, he worked as Sales Development Representative at Best American Storage where he was responsible for promoting investment opportunities, developing and delivering project reports.

Prior to that, Bautista was an Account Manager at Lowell's Biergarten where he led the expansion of commercial relationships, negotiated strategic agreements and identified new business opportunities.

Bautista received a BS in Business Administration from St Andrews University.


Lane davis - BUSINESS Development associate

Lane Davis is a Business Development Associate at SIG Partners (SIG) where he focuses on deal sourcing, acquisition analysis, negotiations, and client relations.

Previously, Lane was a Private Equity Analyst at Stewardship Partners, where he focused on acquiring businesses in the software and business services verticals. He sourced investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and engaged with business owners on potential exit strategies.

Prior to Stewardship Partners, Lane interned at Sundvold Capital where he conducted market research, analyzed investment trends, and advised potential investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals.

Lane earned a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business. Outside the office, Lane is an avid golfer and loves the outdoors.
