  • Mature, high quality businesses

  • Noncyclical, not project-based

  • No significant customer concentration

  • Founder/owner-operator led businesses

Financial Criteria:

  • $750K - $5M in EBITDA

  • Consistent historical performance

  • Modest to high growth

  • Control investments only

Searcher / Owner-CEO Investment Criteria

SIG is currently only entering SIG FTS (pre-LOI) partnerships with searchers / owner-CEOs who meet all of the following criteria. SIG will partner with post-LOI searchers / owner-CEOs opportunistically.

Full-Time Support (pre-LOI) Program Requirements:

  • Full-time searching

  • Dedicated to only pursue $750K - $5M EBITDA acquisition targets

  • U.S. national or regional geographic focus

  • Open / opportunistic to target industry (multi-industry focus)

  • Personal savings sufficient to cover cost of living for at least two (2) years (except SIG Full Service Funded Program)

  • Commitment to physically move to acquisition target location to work full-time for at least one (1) year
