SIG is currently conducting The 2023 Self-Funded Search Study. This survey is a first-of-its-kind effort to gather information from currently searching, operating and exited self-funded searchers to provide helpful insights and to act as a resource to the self-funded search community.

Responses to the survey are currently being solicited from a randomly selected, representative population on an anonymous and confidential basis.

The data insights produced by this survey will roughly mirror the findings included in the annual Search Fund Study completed by the Stanford Graduate School of Business, while focusing exclusively on self-funded searchers.
